We have a fairly large chipmunk population at the cottage. Errm. The population is large, not the chipmunks. That needed clarification.
Thus far, we've been sharing the island harmoniously (I reserve the right to update that opinion when I see my garden again.) One particular bold little guy snoops around our dock for snacks.
He's not dumb. The kids are piggy and drop all manner of crumbs and tasty morsels.
"Give me your tasty morsels!"
Sometimes, he's unwilling to wait for them to drop their morsels, and sneaks up to steal a sandwich.
He's so gosh-darned cute though, I can't chase him away.
And he has a cute butt. Chipmunk butt. Say
that 5 times fast!
